Making a Connection Request

The Network Installation Team processes requests for connections.  Requests can be submitted by: 

1. Completing the Request Form
   
2. Sending an email to request@tamu.edu with the following information:
   • Requestor's Information
     • Name
     • Phone number
     • Email address
   • On-site Contact's Information
     • Name
     • Phone number
     • Email address
   • Installation Information
     • Type of Installation
     • Location
     • Network Subnet/Address Range
     • Time constraints or special instructions
   • Payment Information
     • Account number for installation charge
     • Statement of requestor's fiscal authority over the account
