Reason for outage: cable modem server software update

Maintenance date: Monday, October 19, 2009

Maintenance window: 9:00am - 10:00am

Impact to customers: The University Owned Apartment complex users will
experience a loss of cable modem connectivity to Campus and the Internet
during the maintenance window. The actual outage will likely be less than
the above scheduled time but multiple outages could occur during the time
frame.

If you experience a network outage of past the above estimated end time, or
have any question regarding the maintenance, please contact Help Desk
Central at 845-8300.
